Season runs May 6 2025 - June 26 2025
-Intro to Soccer runs Tuesdays 5:00pm-5:45pm
-U5 to U11 runs Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:45pm - 6:45pm
-League Schedule is still being determined for U13 & U15
Our best guess:
U13 Monday & Wednesdays 7pm-8pm Practices 7:30-8:30pm game nights
U15 Tuesdays & Thursdays 7pm-8pm Practices 7:30-8:30pm game nights
League will have some travel and we'll forward information as we get it from Tri-county
So far we've managed to pair teams with 2 coaches, we are trying to do this because we know not everyone is available all the time. Any coaches considering becoming a coach can expected to be paired and on their child's team. If you would like to have you're own team and not share the responsibility that can also be arranged!
Types of Coaches needed:
- In house coaches coach our intro, u5, u7, u9, u11 teams
- Our association only requires the mandatory courses for insurance purposes.
- You will not be certified if you go this route, but you will be able to coach in our association!
-If you have taken coaches courses with other sports please check your NCCP Profile - Certifications As you may already have them completed and they count towards our requirements!
-please keep all receipts to submit to our treasurer
Start here for our required courses only
- We hope and encourage you to become certified, but it is not mandatory
- Mandatory courses +1 online + 1 in-person course to become certified for an age group
- Intro, U5, U7, U9, U11
Before starting the courses please check the in person course dates to see if you can make it as they are limited. Course Dates
If you can not make any of the dates for your age group we ask that you do the Mandatory courses only.

- League Coach requires coaches to be fully certified to the TriCounty Guidelines
All course fees will be reimbursed by Westlock Soccer Association via cheque. Receipts can be emailed to our Treasurer Sarah at here
Or be brought in person to our meeting April 24 (see event calendar) Alternatively we can arrange another time and date, just reach out to our Treasurer.
